A dark turquoise silk velvet hat with plumes of echoing shades of turquoise feathers, scattered with diamante sprigs and silver gilt goose biot feathers which emulate the shape of the sculptural vintage diamante brooch. The large brooch is beautifully articulated so it elegantly flops over the edge of the hat, and the 'tail' moves.
